In association with The Poetry Society and First Story.
A symposium is a conference or meeting to discuss a particular subject. Or a drinking party, according to Google. Let it rain.
But seriously. Will there be dancing? YES. Writing? YES. On July 4th I’ll be hosting a series of skills and sharing sessions, as part of the NAWE Professional Skills Sharing Conference at the bootiful Uni of Bolton.
What will we be learning?
How the techniques of contemporary and modern dance can influence the Literacy curriculum. How movement can be used as a way of introducing poetry to the classroom. KS2 & 3 Levels.
Who is it for?
Education professionals in dance, choreography and writing.
How do I book?
Easy. Just follow this link: http://www.nawe.co.uk/writing-in-education/writers-in-schools/skill-sharing.html
