Helen produces original choreography for dance and theatre, drawing on the vitality of movement within both Cuban and contemporary dance, as well as a love of language, to create physically immersive, narrative movement work.

Recent choreographic works include ‘Last Act’, performed as part of the Birmingham Literature Festival; Beyond Words‘, combining contemporary dance and sign language, and performed as part of The Birmingham Weekender Festival; and ‘Marina’, a solo work devised and performed at The Southbank Centre as part of the Poetry International Int Festival.
